I am being bullied to accept a Re-delivery. I've demanded my Consumer Right to a Full Refund, but I was told I will never get a refund and I must accept a Redelivery. As per this law, I have let the Todd Wanek's Stoneledge Furniture dba Ashley Homestore in San Diego failed our Agreement and refused to correct the issue. A merchant who violates the Unfair Practices Act can be assessed Civil Penalties per violation, as well as an additional penalty if the victim is a Senior Citizen or Disabled. The California Unfair Practices Act Prohibits any unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business act or practice and unfair, deceptive, untrue Practices. I am entitled to a Full Refund under the guidelines of The California Unfair Practices Act +Section 17000 of the California Business & Professions Code and The Magnusom-Moss Warranty Federal Lemon Law. Stoneledge Furniture/Todd Wanek dba as Ashley Homestore is using Fraudulent Business Practices, failing Local, State and Federal Laws in an Attempt to Victimize Me. Now, Ashley Homestore keeps calling to get me to schedule a delivery, even though I have provided multiple written and even verbal notices to cancel due to their Breach of Contract. Ashley Homestore continues to Ignore my requests. I visited the store and hand delivered a Formal Cancellation Letter and video recorded giving them the letter and also verbally stating my cancellation on the Video Recording. I have sent emails and they Ignore my contact. I have made many requests to cancel my order. Instead of honoring my Consumer Rights to a Full Refund, I was told I would have to keep the product until such time I was offered a replacement. When the mattress was delivered defective, I immediately went into Todd Wanek's Ashley Homestore, explaining the situation. Instead, I received a Defective Mattress and Incorrect Pillows twice. I trusted that I would be given New, Good Quality Furniture and that Ashley would honor the Manufacturer's and Extended Warranties. ![]() I secured payment before Ashley's end of the contract was upheld through their Synchrony Financing Option. Todd Wanek is using Fraudulent Business Practices to Operate a Bait and Switch Scam. On MaI entered into an Agreement with Todd Wanek's Stoneledge Furniture dba Ashley Homestore at 7770 Miramar Road, San Diego, CA. I just want the couch to be picked up and be refunded the cost so I can go purchase myself a couch that will actually look good for a much longer time compared to this one! If I wanted a cheap worn down looking couch I would have bought a cheap one or a second hand one. I would think such a large company would stand behind their products. The easiest way to quickly take care of this is with a fabric shaver, and it will look like new afterwards. I've been talking to the General Manager and service about this, and they said this is not a quality issue and the pilling is normal. I've contacted the store with a response being that I do not use my couch often and I also take very good care of anything I own so it should not look like it does within a month or so of owning. My most recent couch was delivered the beginning of December. Over a 10 year period I have purchased 3 mattress sets and 3 couches. We took pictures of the information about the furniture we gave back to measuring tape and found other tables, we never ask if we had questions- they all seemed like we were annoying them while they were busy in the front of store chatting! Wow the worst customer service ever! If they work on commission they all must be very poor! When a customer is measuring that is a clear sing that they are very interested in buying! I will go to another furniture store or simply buy in line - hell with their commission! ![]() We proceeded to look at all the tables- I happen to turn to one of the sales reps and ask do you have a measuring tape the woman grunted at me went up to the front where the group was and had somebody else bring me a measuring tape when the person gave us the tape we started to ask how do we find the measurements is there somewhere written they showed us and walked away. Was greeted by six or more people at the front we told them that we were looking at kitchen tables. Currently went into an Ashley store located in Beckley West Virginia.
